One Marine tells Spandam that Luffy is on the roof. Spandam wonders, what the heck Blueno is doing. Luffy is hungry so he brings out his bento (meat) and eats it. Anyway Spandam finds Blueno lying on the floor. He can’t believe that Luffy defeated a member of the CP9, a Rokushiki user, a DF user, and a Douriki of more than 880. Spandam tells a Marine to gather the other CP9 members and tell them to annihilate the strawhats completely. Spandam also tells the Marines to tell Baskerville that if the pirates ever lower the bridge, he’ll behead all three of his heads.

Franky told Robin that he knows Robin was taken here by the government for the deal she made. But the deal was easily deceived by Spandam. It’s not like anybody would be saved just because Robin stays there captured. She could only escape from the island by responding their rescue. But why is she making such a depressed face? Franky says he would help Robin meet up with the Strawhats. Spandam says that he’ll take Robin away from the Strawhats. They need to head to the “Gates of Justice” as soon as possible.

A marine then reports that Franky’s butt is expanding. Spandam asks if it is constipation. Franky then tells Spandam that he realized that he no longer has a reason to live so he just chose to blow himself. He’ll involve people around him at the diameter of 3km. Then he counts down and shouted Coup de Boo. Spandam freaks out again. Lol he just farted. Anyway, “the blast” blasted the place sending the Marines away. Franky and Robin fell on the stairs, Franky broke their chains. Good thing there’s a fence or they’ll fall down. Marine reports that they were deceived. Franky and Robin went to balcony. Spandam tells them to capture them as soon as possible. If they can’t, then he’ll hang them all. Franky says if only he has one more bottle of coke. He could do Coup de Vent to go to the other coast. Then they saw Luffy at the other side. Luffy asks if Robin’s ok. The Marines tried to sieze both Franky and Robin, but Franky used his weapon. Luffy realized that Franky’s there too. Luffy will try to jump to get there. But Robin says “Wait”. She told them so many times. She won’t go back to them. She told Luffy to go away. She doesn’t want to see their face. She asked why did the Starwhats come for her? When did she asked for it? She now wants to die. Franky told Robin that the Strawhats came all the way here, risking their life. Robin said that they did it on their own. Kaku then interrupts their conversation kicking Franky off. Jabura asks Kaku if he’s doing it for eating the weird fruit. Kaku says shut up to Jabura, and says he likes it. Spandam tells to the CP9 to wait for a while. He said that it’s fun watching them. The CP9 was surprised that Blueno was easily defeated by Luffy. Lucci said that Blueno has already lost his edge after being a bartender for 5 years. Kaku wonders if he’d lose too that easily like Blueno.
